Bernie Zukerman is one of the leading producers of television movies, miniseries and series in Canada. His movies and miniseries have garnered eight Best Picture Gemini’s. Not only was Love and Hate the single most watched program of its year, but it became the first foreign program ever sold to an American network, and when broadcast by NBC the TV movie topped audience charts and finished number one for the week. Conspiracy of Silence was purchased by CBS and finished as CBS’s top program for both weeks in which it aired. Both programs were sold to every major network worldwide. Another first was Million Dollar Babies, the first Canadian production to be pre-licenced by CBS, who telecast the show during the February sweeps where it became number one in its time slot.
Zukerman’s recent drama series for Global Television, King, was nominated as series of the year, and quickly became a favourite of critics and fans. Distributed by Beta Film, it has sold to all major networks around the world. Before that, the CBC drama series, This is Wonderland, was also nominated as best series of the year, and is still being broadcast in international markets.
Presently, Bernie is executive producing the second season of Remedy, a fast-paced hospital drama for Global. In 2015, the first season of Remedy received a nomination from the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television for Best Dramatic Series.

Rayne Zukerman has finally decided to join the family business as VP of development at Indian Grove Productions Inc. Rayne is currently co-producing the Global TV hit drama, Remedy. Before that, Rayne co-produced the fast-paced homicide series, King, for Shaw Media. Rayne is the co-founder of the francophone production company Zazie Films Inc. In 2010 she produced the feature film LE DIVAN DU MONDE, a road movie about two francophones hitchhiking across the country, which successfully opened in theatres in Montreal and Québec. Rayne also produced the short CHAMPAGNE, which had its world premiere at TIFF in 2010. A lawyer by training, Rayne decided to pursue a career in the arts and has worked in a number of different capacities for Entertainment One, Barna Alper Productions, and Muse Entertainment.
